RADICAL MENTORING ACTIVATE TOUR: VIRTUAL

From 11:00am to 1:00pm ET on Zoom

Every church wants to activate their men. To help them develop meaningful relationships and unlock their leadership potential.

For many churches, COVID-19 has revealed a problem that was already percolating – most men feel isolated and alone. Our default posture is to hide behind our screens or busy schedules and only engage in superficial relationships. And it’s true now more than ever!

We believe men were designed for more. Jesus intended for us to be engaged in a “life to the full.” This is why we’re passionate about creating environments to help churches leverage the life experience of their older, wiser men to impact their next generation. Over 12,000 men have gone through a Radical Mentoring group, and of those surveyed, 95% say they “experienced authentic community with the guys in [their] group.”

Join Radical Mentoring President Kevin Harris on Zoom on Thursday, July 30th, from 11:00am-1:00pm ET to learn how you can activate the men of your church. We’ll also hear from pastor Chad Moore and mentor Ray Snyder from The Church at LifePark. They’ll help us unpack the impact small group mentoring has had on their church.

ABOUT RADICAL MENTORING

Radical Mentoring equips and encourages churches to develop leaders and disciple-makers through intentional men’s small group mentoring. Starting around a dining table in 2001, now hundreds of churches have activated their men into all-in followers of Jesus through Radical Mentoring’s relational mentoring process (based on the way Jesus mentored). These churches not only build their men into disciples and leaders but grow and deepen their whole church. Of those who’ve gone through Radical Mentoring groups, 93% say their walk with God improved, while 95% experienced authentic community.

WHAT DOES A RADICAL MENTORING GROUP LOOK LIKE?

  • An older, wiser mentor (or mentors) leading a group of 4-8 younger guys.
  • Monthly meetings centered around a topic vital to men’s lives.
  • Relevant homework (reading, Scripture, personal development, community, and prayer) in between meetings.
  • Story Retreat at the beginning and Commencement Retreat at end of the season.
  • A focus on story and life experience allowing groups to go deep, fast.
