From 11:00am to 1:00pm at Location TBD
Every church wants to activate their men. To get them off the sidelines and into the game . . . growing in their faith as they lead their marriages, families, friends, and themselves.
Churches who’ve launched small group mentoring are seeing this happen. 97% of men who’ve gone through a Radical Mentoring group say they “deepened their walk with God,” 98% say they “improved as a leader and as a man,” and 90% “developed intentional male relationships,” sometimes for the first time.
These men then plug back into the church’s existing men’s ministry outlets and raise the quality of interactions and engagement. And it’s not unique to church size, denomination, or even geography. All it takes is one leader willing to share his life experience or willing to equip one who can.
Join us for lunch on Tuesday, September 10th, from 11:00am-1:00pm at a location to be announced soon to learn how you can activate the men of your church.
Church Relationships Manager Radical Mentoring
When you attend one of the Radical Mentoring Activate Tour stops, you’ll receive a free copy of Mentor Like Jesus: His Radical Approach to Building the Church. Written by Radical Mentoring founder and longtime mentor, Regi Campbell, the book chronicles how Radical Mentoring started around Regi’s dining room table, how it resembles the way Jesus mentored the disciples, most importantly how you and your church can get in the game activating men through small group mentoring.
Radical Mentoring equips and encourages churches to develop leaders and disciple-makers through intentional men’s small group mentoring. Starting around a dining table in 2001, now hundreds of churches have activated their men into all-in followers of Jesus through Radical Mentoring’s relational mentoring process (based on the way Jesus mentored). These churches not only build their men into disciples and leaders but grow and deepen their whole church. Of those who’ve gone through Radical Mentoring groups, 93% say their walk with God improved, while 95% experienced authentic community.
